I’m coming to London on Monday and I’ll be around all week. You might see me out and about. Check my twitter @chrislilley for some clues as to where I am.
On SUNDAY 20th May at 12pm I’ll be doing a MEET AND GREET for fans in a secret location.
The exact location will be revealed via my Twitter at 9am on Sunday 20th. It will be an outdoor location in central London.
I’ll be signing DVD’s and meeting fans. The first 50 fans to turn up to the secret location will be given an exclusive ticket to go on a double decker bus with me for the LILLEY’S LONDON TOUR. We’ll tour the sites of London and you can ask me questions about We Can Be Heroes, Summer Heights High and Angry Boys. After the tour the 50 chosen fans will be dropped back at the secret location.

WOW. What a meet and greet! On behalf of all Australian and US fans, can’t say we’re not jealous of you UK fans right now! We’ll post all clues and updates here and on our sites too for those who miss them.

It would mean the world to me for those who are fortunate enough to receive a ticket would be able to send me pictures/videos, ANYTHING you can so I can share them here on CLF.net and our other sites with other fans. Of course I will give something in return for it.

GOOD LUCK guys! Get your sat navigations/GPS’ out and go buy yourselves some good running shoes if you don’t own a pair — you’ll need them. I have a feeling Chris will be a real “sneaky nut” about this.

Chris’ new profile picture on his Facebook and Twitter reminded me to upload these unseen Angry Boys character photos I found. They’re all HQ too! I posted them on our Tumblr a couple of weeks back, but now they’ve been added to the gallery for you guys to look at whenever you want! Click HERE to check them out!

Angry Boys is having a Eurotrip of it’s own with it debuting May 14 on HBO Comedy in Hungary. Then it’ll be premiering soon in Belgium on PRIME.

Chris heads over to the UK next week. How exciting for you UK fans! What he has planned over there we don’t know yet, but you know we’ll be the first to inform you when we find out.

HBO have submitted Angry Boys and Chris Lilley for 2012 Emmy Nominations! Chris and Angry Boys have been submitted for the following categories: Best Comedy Series and Best Comedy Actor.

This is not only an incredible achievement for Chris and his team but also for Australia. It is an honor when any of our Home Grown talent is recognised overseas but this is even better with it being Chris!

Best of luck! We have our fingers and toes crossed!

Chris announced today on his Facebook that a Collector’s Edition CD/DVD of Summer Heights High will be released and towards the build up of the release of the soundtrack there is a project.

Taken from Chris’ Tumblr:

“I’m making a “Summer Heights High” Soundtrack Album. It’s a CD/DVD that’s going to include ALL the music from “Summer Heights High”, the score and themes, remixes as well as a DVD packed full of stuff AND most importantly I need your help to provide content. Part of the album will include fan material. 

Fans will be asked to submit their “Summer Heights High” inspired work – videos, remixes, artwork, tributes, anything you can imagine. The work will appear on “The Summer Heights High Project” website and the best ones will be chosen to feature on the album which will be released in a few months. “

The soundtrack is set to be released on Friday 3 August 2012. Submissions for the project close Mid-June.

Chris posted a status over his facebook recently informing us that new merchandise will be available in the up coming months. In the lead up to it, I’ll be running various competitions over our Tumblr and Twitter accounts of random Chris related goodies that I have such as mugs, tshirts, posters and CD’s. Make sure you’re following us on either account for your chance to win some cool stuff! All my competitions are open for fans worldwide. Have fun guys!

Chris boasted about going to Future Music Festival today in Melbourne on his Twitter. All I care about is check out his HOT mate in the photo I added to the gallery HERE. Chris, I have no issue of you posting more photos of your pretty friend in the near future at all.

Chris once again got his VIP on and attended the 2012 Tropfest film festival yesterday in Sydney. We’ve added a few photos of him from the event to our gallery which you can view HERE. We’ll add more as we come across them, so continue to check back for updates.

Great news for all NZ fans of Chris Lilley – the 3 disc edition of Angry Boys hit shelves today! Go get your copy in store or online now to add to your Chris collection! Did you enjoy the finale that aired last night on Comedy Central? We’d love to hear your thoughts on the episode and the whole series.

There will also be a Chris Lilley marathon starting soon featuring all 3 of Chris’ shows We Can Be Heroes, Summer Heights High and Angry Boys airing soon on Comedy Central NZ. Rumor has it to be Feburary 5 but continue to check out Chris’ Facebook and Twitter where he will let all fans know of the official date and time!

I’ve also been getting a lot of requests over the past month for fans wanting Angry Boys tees, particularly US fans. Factorie have discontinued their range of tees (which you have previously seen pics of here on CLF.net) but my local ABC shops are selling their last “I ? Dunt” and Angry Boys logo tees for $15AUS each. So that’ll probably be your best option for now, I can still check Factorie out, but I’m not sure what styles they will have there if any. Hey guys! A couple of years back my friend and I contacted channel 7 and requested they’d show repeats of Hamish and Andy’s self titled show back from ‘04 featuring Chris and guess what? They did! Unfortunately they showed the series on their digital channel which I didn’t have at the time so I missed out on watching/recording it. I was thinking we should all contact channel 7 individually and request they air it again! It doesn’t matter what channel (Mate, 2 etc) and whatever time cause either way I’ll be able to record it this time around as will many of you! If they listened to my friend and myself, surely they’ll listen if 50+ of us ask about it. US/UK fans help out too! You can all pretend you live in Australia just like you all truly want to.
